Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability. You must be 18 years or over when you make your booking.

A 25% deposit needs to be made at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation, with the balance 8 weeks before letting date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. Any holiday booked less than 2 weeks before arrival date must be paid in full by credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Upon receipt of deposit/payment (whichever is applicable), you will receive confirmation in writing of your holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the final remittance. We reserve the right to deduct from this deposit the cost of any losses/breakages/damage which may occur during the rental period, together with any additional cleaning charges resulting from the accommodation being vacated in an unreasonable condition. In normal circumstances, assuming no deductions are required, the deposit will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days of the end of the rental period.

Payment may be made by Credit/Debit Card or Cheque. Please make cheque payable to 'Allineuc.com' The receipt by us of this deposit is taken as an indication that you accept the prices and terms outlined.

Cancellations

If you cancel or shorten your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, the full amount of the original booking will be due. If you cancel your holiday after sending the deposit but before the due date for full payment, the deposit will be retained to cover costs.

We recommend that you consider the various holiday insurance packages on offer, to provide you with cover should an unforeseen circumstance arise. We also recommend the EHIC form (replaces the old E111) from the Post Office or online. The well being and safety of our guests is paramount and with this is mind, all children under the age of ten and non swimmers must be accompanied at all times whilst enjoying the facilities of the swimming pool. Children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the grounds.

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets, this is for the comfort of future guests.
Our properties are non smoking environments for the comfort of all guests and we respectfully ask smokers to smoke outside but please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
