The entrance hall with its beamed ceiling has a cloakroom and shelving with books, toys and games. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge has a granite open fireplace, tiled floor and a beamed ceiling. It is comfortably furnished with a lounge suite (with a metal sprung double sofa bed), refectory table and chairs, solid oak sideboard, rug and occasional table. On the first floor are three large bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bedroom has a walnut bedroom suite and a single bed. The remaining bedrooms have two single divans in each with bedside tables, lamps and rugs. The bedrooms are of ample size and could all accommodate a cot if so required. All of the bedrooms have laminate floors.
